recorded in relation to par in the
Challenge Cup's 28-year history. |

alum and Long Island University sophomore Ryan Lee lost his life
after
being struck by a cab in New York City on Sunday night. Lee, who was
a
star two sport athlete at Berlin HS (Connecticut), was a fixture at the

Trojanowski Northern Junior. He will be dearly missed and forever
remembered by Challenge Cup Nation. |

Cup Player of the Year, Megan Khang, continued herdominance

Doral Publix Junior Classic. Khang fired rounds of 71-71 for a 2-under

and a 6-stroke victory in the Girls 12-13 Division. The
victory is the second for Khang
in the past three years. Also posting
impressive finishes at this year's event were hoopsters,
John Jackopsic
(T6) in the Boys 16-18 Division, and Danny Guise (T13) in the Boys 14-15

stars Jim Renner (pictured above) & James Driscoll secured 2011 PGA Tour
cards at the dreaded PGA Tour Q-School. Driscoll posted an 11-under par
total to finish in a tie for 16th,
while Renner was 1-stroke back at
10-under par (joint 22nd). The top 25 players secured PGA Tour
privileges for the 2011 season. Renner & Driscoll will be joined by
another Cup ace, Keegan Bradley.
